Join AAHP for Community Day 2026!! This FREE annual multigenerational event allows us to connect and celebrate together as a family. We will have special programming for our young people, great music, food and beverages for everyone!!
We will have engaging health and wellness activities, enriching workshops, important health screenings and impactful interactions with professional organizations and community resources.
This year’s theme is “It Takes a Village: Educate, Advocate, and Motivate” and will feature a Voter Education Fair – The Future is Now.
