In It to Win It: A Public Conversation on Black Men's Health

Take action for Black men’s health by participating in this important discussion addressing health disparities affecting Black men, who continue to have the lowest life expectancy of any demographic group. Through open dialogue, AAHP seeks to raise awareness, inspire action, and explore solutions that can improve health outcomes for Black men and boys.

At this groundbreaking event, Black men, health experts, advocates, and community leaders will come together for an evening of empowerment and action featuring:

  • Candid discussions about health disparities and barriers to care
  • Free health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, A1C, BMI, weight, HIV)
  • Guidance on building strong, lasting relationships with healthcare providers
  • Practical strategies for maintaining healthy lifestyles to reduce risk for chronic diseases
  • Real stories and solutions from community members and health professionals
