AAHP and UnitedHealthcare Join Forces

AAHP has partnered with UnitedHealthcare to bring a special healthcare event to Progress Place Homeless Shelter on Wednesday, November 25. Montgomery County residents can learn more about their options for enrolling in Medicaid or Medicare. Participants can enjoy refreshments, giveaways, and free health information. AAHP's New Weight Management Program Takes Off

AAHP’s Weight Management Program provides individualized health coaching for Montgomery County residents who aim to lose five or more pounds. Participants will benefit from counseling and education on the principles of weight loss and how to overcome barriers in the weight loss journey. Participants can also join peer groups for emotional support.
