African American Health Program(AAHP) for African Americans and people of African descent in Montgomery County

Montgomery County Aging and Disability Services has compiled a list of resources for older adults here.

Information included is:

  • What to do if you do not have a PCP (primary care physician)
  • When you should go to a hospital
  • Information on food, groceries, and pharmacies
  • How Montgomery County is preparing for COVID-19
  • Caring for your mental health
